Just got home from taking my dad down to see his family in Arizona, we missed the dust storms by a day. It was great, it even rained so that I got to smell the fresh mesquite and grease-wood...delicious smells to me. Tombstone has become so commercial I am surprised they even have their National Historical site anymore.

As usual we have various adventures, I sure miss the kids that have no need of the nest anymore, I am proud of them and glad that they are off and about life however. With just four home you would think it would slow down but it has not. Dale retired two years ago from the military, can't say I miss it very much. I DO miss all the great friends I made while at Family Programs though but thanks to Facebook I can stalk them all.
If you get a chance check out Alexis' Youtube Channel...I think her songs are amazing! Ethan got his Eagle Scout and Duty to God last month, can't belive he is 18. Evan is my WWII expert and Rebekah is my best buddy.
Well so much for this first post. I think I will keep up better this time with the blogging thing as I am in a much better place than I was five years ago...
Be happy my friends!!
